Ho Chi Minh City | Vietjet was honoured last week with an award for Asia’s Best Employer Brand 2016 for its innovative solutions in recruitment as well as its effort in creating an internationally standardised, professional working environment for employees.
At only five years old, Vietjet has fast become one of the most favoured workplaces for internationals from more than 40 countries and economies.

This award was given out at an event hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, the World HRD Congress with CHRO Asia as a Strategic Partner and it was endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses. The Award Committee recognised 100 organisations across different industries in Asia.
A new curriculum for a critical new breed of Talent Advisors
The airline has been contributing positively to make air travel a popular means of transport not only in Vietnam but in regional markets. Previously, Vietjet was also awarded the title ‘Best Places to Work in Vietnam’ in 2014 and 2015 by Nielson, a leading global market research firm.
The airline recently won IOSA Certification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) after just three years of operation. Vietjet was ranked in the Top 500 Brands in Asia 2016 and “Best Asian Low Cost Carrier” at the TTG Travel Awards 2015, which compiles votes from travelers, travel agencies and tour operators in Asia.
The airline was also rated as one of the top three fastest growing airline brands on Facebook in the world by Socialbakers.
