Aon announces Ten Best Employers in Malaysia for 2016

Kuala Lumpur | Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement and health solutions business of Aon plc (NYSE: AON), has named ten organisations as Aon Best Employers – Malaysia 2016.

Additionally, the Best Employers also achieved 33 percent higher revenue and 62 percent higher profit than the market average.

Market average engagement scores have decreased from 60 percent in 2015 to 54 percent this year but the engagement scores for Best Employers in Malaysia have risen from 83 percent to  87 percent. This is significant given that last year was a difficult year for many Malaysian companies, with both financial results and engagement levels taking a hit. Additionally, the Best Employers also achieved 33 percent higher revenue and 62 percent higher profit than the market average.

How do Best Employers lead the way?
