A half day programme on behavioural science through a card game
News | Memcorp Learning and Performance Solutions runs a half day programme called EI – A Game of Mafia.
One of the few card games that encourages innate behaviours to emerge, this game has been used over the last several years by behaviour psychologists and experts to assess behaviours of individuals and groups to facilitate learning about positive and negative behaviour patterns.
Don’t know how to play? No worries, as they will teach you – the game will run under the supervision of a behavioral expert. Techniques drawn from different fields like NLP, Coaching, Game Theory and Design Thinking will be used to bring forth key behavioural data which would otherwise go unseen. This data will then be discussed, utilising group dynamics, to validate the positive behaviours leading to a holistic understanding of the your strengths.
The game which takes place tomorrow, 11 March and on 14 March 2015 at Crown Regency, Kuala Lumpur, will help you uncover your strengths through your behaviour in the game itself.
