Working towards a common vision
“Dell EMC is a company with a diverse team of people working towards a common vision – a confluence of talent, values and inspiration. This is an organisation where the voices of the team define the work experience,” said Great Place to Work® Institute Singapore.
“The ‘You Define’ campaign is a ground-driven initiative that seeks to create a sense of connection and purpose for team members, celebrating each individual’s contribution to the business. It also creates opportunities for team members to participate in projects important to them, such as CSR and sustainability efforts.”
Globally, EMC was recently listed as a Great Place to Work ranking #4 in the “World’s Best Multinational Workplaces” category, moving up two places from its position of #6 in 2015.
